Configuration and scale
This holiday lodge uses three steel-framed P600 modules connected in a single-storey L-shaped layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with the complete configuration occupying an external footprint of 11.8m x 8.1m. Each module is 2.40m externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The configured lodge provides approximately 34.2m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; connected open layouts may provide more usable space. The final arrangement of rooms, circulation and facilities is confirmed as part of the design and quotation process. The configuration is intended for holiday lodge use within holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation settings.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 forms one part of the exposed outer elevation. Its north-facing 5.9m side has a large window, a double glazed door and a second large window. The exposed west-facing 2.2m end has one full-size window.
Module 2 has openings across three exposed walls. Its north-facing 5.9m side contains two large windows, while the east-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window. Two further large windows are positioned on the south-facing 5.9m side.
Module 3 completes the L-shaped arrangement. Two large windows are specified on its east-facing 5.9m side, with a full-size window on the south-facing 2.2m end. Its west-facing 5.9m side also contains two large windows.
External treatment
Selected exposed walls are finished with Teak ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding, applied vertically between the frame. This treatment covers the north and west walls of Module 1; the north, east and south walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3. The configuration is completed by a dual-pitch apex roof.
External finish details remain subject to the final quotation. Illustrated colours, textures and associated details should therefore be treated as representative until the specification is confirmed.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for confirmation within the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls rather than replacing the specified waterproof bathroom construction.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels form the included internal wall finish. Other wall and floor finishes are selected according to the final room arrangement and quotation. Fixture positions, partition lines and finish choices are not fixed by this outline configuration and can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Pricing and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £46,700 excluding VAT, or £56,040 including VAT. This figure is subject to quotation and reflects the described three-module configuration. Cladding is treated as part of the quoted specification and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Final siting is subject to a survey covering access, ground conditions and the requirements of the selected location.
