Four linked modules in a linear layout
This P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. The modules are 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. Each has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.
The building provides approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement. Designed for the Sport & Leisure sector, this configuration is suited to the requirements described for modular gyms, including private home gyms and compact personal-training studios.
Window and door arrangement
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south wall has two large windows positioned with a single glazed door, while the west end wall has a full-size window.

- Module 3: small, large and small windows on both the north and south walls.
- Module 4: small, large and small windows on both long walls, plus a full-size window on the east end.
A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing an external area adjacent to the gym. Its relationship with the glazed door and final site levels is confirmed as part of the project layout and quotation.
Venge cladding and flat roof
All exposed outside walls selected in this configuration use ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Venge. The vertical boards are applied between the steel frame. This finish covers the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end wall of Module 1 and the east end wall of Module 4.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final colours, interfaces and visible finishing details are confirmed by quotation rather than assumed from illustrations. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, but their positions and partition layout remain subject to confirmation in the final plan. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional finish. The shower area uses wet-room PVC flooring. If selected, plaster is applied outside the bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any other wall or floor finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout and quotation; illustrated finishes should not be treated as guaranteed components of this configuration.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £57,360 excluding VAT, or £68,832 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Positioning, access, levels and site conditions remain subject to survey. The survey and quotation establish the practical siting requirements for the 23.6m x 2.2m footprint, the covered terrace and any project-specific works.
