Five-module grid configuration
This P600 configuration uses five steel-framed modules arranged over a single storey within a 17.7m x 4.4m external footprint. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Using a conservative per-module allowance, the building provides approximately 57 m² of usable internal area before partitions. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement. The design is intended as a modular gym for home training or a small personal-training studio.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 has two large windows and a single glazed door on its north side, plus a full-size window on its west end. Module 2 has a small, large and small window sequence on its north side. Module 3 repeats that sequence on both its north and south sides and includes a full-size window on its east end.
Module 4 has a small, large and small window sequence on its south side, together with a full-size window on its west end. Module 5 also uses the small, large and small window sequence on its south side and has a full-size window on its east end. These openings form part of this stored configuration rather than a generic P600 specification.
Selected exterior
The exposed external walls are finished with ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Venge, applied between the steel frame. The selected full-wall cladding uses vertical boards on the specified north, south, east and west elevations of the five-module arrangement. Cladding costs are confirmed within the project quotation and are not separately itemised here.
Above, the building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.
Requested shower and WC fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for confirmation in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Where selected, plaster can be applied outside the bathroom walls.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall treatments, floor finishes or room divisions are selected to suit the confirmed gym layout. Final positions, fixtures and finishes are established through the quotation rather than assumed from illustrations.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £67,700 excluding VAT, or £81,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting remains subject to a site survey and assessment of access, levels and project requirements. The final internal plan, WC and shower arrangement, finishes and site-specific scope can be reviewed through the building configurator and confirmed in the quotation.
