Two-storey education layout
This stored configuration uses nine steel-framed P600 modules arranged over two storeys, with five modules on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The completed building has a 17.7m x 4.4m footprint and provides approximately 103 m² of internal usable floor area. It is designed as a modular classroom for primary and secondary schools expanding their capacity.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and has an external height of 2.40m. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Access to the upper storey is provided by an external steel staircase running up the outside of the building.
Ground-floor openings
Module 1 has two large windows and a single glazed door on its north side, plus a full-size window in the west end. Module 2 has three small windows along its north side. Module 3 has three small windows on both its north and south sides, together with a full-size window in the east end.
Module 4 has three small windows on its south side and a full-size window in the west end. Module 5 completes the ground-floor configuration with three small windows on its south side and a full-size window in the east end.
First-floor openings
Module 6 has two large windows on its north side and two small windows in the west end. Module 7 has two large windows on both its north and south sides. Module 8 repeats these north and south pairs of large windows and adds two small windows in the east end. Module 9 has two large windows on its south side, with two small windows in each of its east and west ends.
External finish and roof
All exposed outside walls identified in this configuration receive full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the frame. The boards are arranged vertically and finished in Grey. The building is topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. Cladding is incorporated into the configured estimate without publishing a separate itemised price.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC has been requested, with its position and final arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. The toilet area requires hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included features of this stored design. Final fixtures, finishes and room details are confirmed through the quotation and the agreed building configuration.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £130,300 excluding VAT, or £156,360 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements.
