Configuration and scale
This steel-framed P600 configuration comprises six linked modules arranged over two storeys, with three modules on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m and is 2.40m high externally, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m by 2.0m. Together, the modules provide approximately 68 m² of internal usable floor area within an overall 11.8m by 4.4m footprint. An internal staircase connects the two floors and is not visible externally.
Ground-floor openings
Module 1 has a large window, a glazed double door and a second large window along its exposed north side, plus a full-size window in the west end. Module 2 has three small windows on its north side, a full-size window in the east end and three small windows on its south side. Module 3 has full-size windows in both exposed ends and three small windows along its south side.
First-floor openings
Module 4 has two large windows on its north side and two small windows in the west end. Module 5 has two large windows on both its north and south sides, together with two small windows in the east end. Module 6 has two large windows on its south side and two small windows in each exposed end.
External finish and roof
The selected exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The specified outside walls use standard insulated panels with a smooth finish across the exposed elevations of all six modules. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the two-storey form. Cladding costs remain quote-only and are not itemised publicly.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out includes a kitchenette and WC, with their final positions and layout to be confirmed as part of the quotation. Where a toilet or shower room is included in the confirmed layout, hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring are required. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades but are not included unless confirmed in the final quotation.
