Six-module grid layout
This configuration uses six steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey, three-by-two grid. The completed footprint is 17.7m x 4.4m, with approximately 74m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of an individual module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
Designed for the Construction sector, the building is configured as a site welfare unit. Its scale supports the typical requirements of construction sites needing canteen, drying-room and WC facilities, while the final room arrangement will confirm the requested kitchenette, WC and shower.
Windows and entrance
The north elevation is formed by Modules 1, 2 and 3. Module 1 has two small windows and one single glazed door on its north wall, together with two small windows on its west end wall. Module 2 has three small windows on its north wall. Module 3 has three small windows on its north wall and two on its east end wall.
Modules 4, 5 and 6 form the south elevation. Module 4 has three small windows on its south wall and two on its west end wall. Module 5 has three small windows on its south wall. Module 6 has three small windows on its south wall and two on its east end wall. Across the complete configuration, the stored design therefore includes 25 small windows and one single glazed entrance door.
Anthracite grooved exterior
Every exposed perimeter wall in this grid has full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved-plank cladding applied between the frame. The selected boards run vertically and are finished in Anthracite. This treatment covers the north walls of Modules 1 to 3, the south walls of Modules 4 to 6, the west end walls of Modules 1 and 4, and the east end walls of Modules 3 and 6.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration. Final external details and illustrated finishes remain subject to confirmation in the quotation.
Requested welfare fit-out
A kitchenette, WC and shower have been requested and must be confirmed within the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included features of this configuration. Fixture positions, sanitary fittings, kitchenette details and final finishes will be established through the quotation and layout process.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £80,600 ex VAT, or £96,720 inc VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to a site survey, including access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location. These factors may affect transport, offloading and site works. Configuration details can be reviewed through the building configurator, while the final specification is governed by the issued quotation.
