Six-module grid layout
This configuration uses six steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey, three-by-two grid. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an external footprint of 17.7m x 4.4m. The building provides approximately 68.4 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance; connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. Final partition positions will reflect the confirmed kitchenette, WC and shower arrangement. This stored design is intended as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.
Windows and entrance
The northern elevation is formed by Modules 1, 2 and 3. Module 1 has a large window, a double glazed door and a second large window along its 5.9m north wall, plus a large window in its exposed west end. Modules 2 and 3 each have a small window, large window and small window along their north walls. Module 3 also has a large window in its exposed east end.
Modules 4, 5 and 6 form the southern elevation. Each has a small window, large window and small window along its exposed south wall. Module 4 also has a large window in its west end, while Module 6 has a large window in its east end.
Anthracite external finish
The exposed outside walls are specified with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the frame. The vertical boards are finished in Anthracite across the north walls of Modules 1, 2 and 3; the south walls of Modules 4, 5 and 6; the west ends of Modules 1 and 4; and the east ends of Modules 3 and 6.
The configuration has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected. Cladding and final external details remain subject to quotation and are not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested internal fit-out
A kitchenette, WC and shower are requested for confirmation in the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes and their extent depend on the confirmed room arrangement and quotation. The stored configuration can be reviewed through the building configurator, but illustrated fixtures and finishes are not guaranteed until the quotation is agreed.
Price and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £80,600 excluding VAT, or £96,720 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the works required for the chosen plot. Final dimensions, fit-out details, finishes and service requirements are confirmed through the project quotation.
