Six-module L-shaped arrangement
This holiday lodge comprises six linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged over one storey in an L-shaped plan. The overall footprint is 17.7m x 8.1m, with approximately 68 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Windows and entrance arrangement
Module 1 forms the principal entrance elevation. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has a large window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second large window. A further large window is positioned in its exposed 2.2m west end wall.
Module 2 has a small window, large window and small window across its north-facing wall. Module 3 repeats this three-window arrangement on both its north and south 5.9m walls, with another large window in the exposed east end wall.
Module 4 has a large window in its exposed 2.2m south end and a small, large and small window arrangement along its 5.9m west wall. Module 5 has one large window in its exposed south end. Module 6 has the three-window arrangement along its east-facing 5.9m wall, plus a large window in its south end.
Anthracite woodgrain exterior
The selected external finish is embossed woodgrain cladding in Antrasit (Anthracite), applied between the steel frame on the exposed walls. These are the north and west walls of Module 1; the north wall of Module 2; the north, east and south walls of Module 3; the south and west walls of Module 4; the south wall of Module 5; and the east and south walls of Module 6.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised publicly.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their exact positions to be confirmed in the final internal layout. The toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included specifications. Final room divisions, fixtures, finishes and service positions are confirmed through the quotation and layout process. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £80,800 excluding VAT, or £96,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
