6-Module L-Shaped Holiday Lodge with Shower

Configuration overview

This holiday lodge is formed from six steel-framed P600 modules, each measuring 5.9m by 2.2m. The modules are linked at ground-floor level to create an L-shaped building with a stated footprint of 17.7m by 8.1m and approximately 73 m² of internal floor area. The format provides a substantial single-storey lodge for the Holiday Parks & Accommodation sector without introducing stairs or an upper floor. Door and window schedule

The openings are distributed across the exposed walls of all six modules. This gives the lodge glazing on each outer elevation while retaining the exact modular arrangement specified for this configuration.

• Module 1 has a large window, glazed double door and second large window along its exposed north side. Its exposed west end has one large window.
• Module 2 has two small windows positioned around a central large window on its exposed north side.
• Module 3 repeats the small, large and small window arrangement on both its north and south sides. A further large window is fitted to the exposed east end.
• Module 4 has a large window on its exposed south end, plus two small windows and a central large window along the exposed west side.
• Module 5 has one large window on its exposed south end.
• Module 6 has two small windows and a central large window along its exposed east side, with another large window on the exposed south end.

External finish

The exterior is finished in vertical Anthracite cladding, giving the complete six-module structure a consistent appearance across the long elevations and shorter module ends. A flat roof and slim fascia keep the roofline simple and restrained. The L-shaped footprint can help define an outside area beside the lodge, although any decking, terrace, landscaping or external furniture would form part of separate site works.

Internal fit-out

The standard fitted specification for this configuration includes a kitchenette, WC and shower. These facilities make the building suitable for use as a self-contained holiday lodge by holiday parks, glamping businesses and short-let operators. The brief does not prescribe individual room divisions, furniture, appliances or sleeping capacity, so those details should be agreed against the intended operating model and final fit-out schedule. Indicative price

The indicative price is £64,500 excluding VAT, or £77,400 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described. This covers the six-module building with its Anthracite finish, flat roof, slim fascia, scheduled doors and windows, kitchenette, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and access requirements have been assessed.

Programme and lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme depends on the final specification, order timing, site readiness and installation arrangements. Delivery and installation dates are coordinated separately so that the prepared site is ready before the modules arrive.

Siting requirements

The lodge requires a suitably prepared, level base or foundation arrangement appropriate to the site conditions and the completed modular building. The site must also provide adequate delivery access, space for unloading and installation, and planned connections for the kitchenette, WC and shower services. Ground conditions, drainage, utility routes and applicable planning or statutory requirements should be established before installation.
