Six-module gym layout
This configuration uses six steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a three-by-two, single-storey grid. The resulting footprint is 17.7m x 4.4m, with approximately 74 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and 2.40m high, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and a 2.16m internal ceiling.
The linked layout creates a broad training floor suited to a private home gym or a small personal-training studio. It falls within Adacon’s modular gym use case for the Sport & Leisure sector. The final internal arrangement, including circulation and room positions, remains subject to the confirmed quotation and layout.
Windows and entrance
The north elevation is formed by Modules 1, 2 and 3. Module 1 has two large windows with a glazed double door between them, plus a large window on its exposed west end. Modules 2 and 3 each have two large windows on their north walls, while Module 3 also has a large window on its exposed east end.
The south elevation is formed by Modules 4, 5 and 6. Each module has two large windows on its south wall. Module 4 also has a large window on the exposed west end, and Module 6 has a large window on the exposed east end. Together, these openings provide extensive glazing around the external perimeter without changing the stored six-module arrangement.
Anthracite slatted exterior
All exposed outside walls selected in this configuration have Anthracite ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding applied between the frame, with the boards running vertically. This covers the north walls of Modules 1, 2 and 3; the west walls of Modules 1 and 4; the east walls of Modules 3 and 6; and the south walls of Modules 4, 5 and 6.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. External cladding is included within the configured estimate on a quote-only basis and is not separately itemised in public pricing.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for confirmation in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Their precise positions, dimensions, fixtures and final finishes must be agreed through quotation rather than assumed from illustrative material.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades, but are not included in this stored design unless added to the final quotation.
Configured estimate and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £80,600 excluding VAT, or £96,720 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, levels, ground conditions and any location-specific requirements. The stored dimensions, finish and openings can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details established by quotation.
