5-Module L-Shaped Holiday Lodge with WC and Shower

Configuration overview

This single-storey configuration combines five 5.9m x 2.2m P600 steel-framed modules in an L-shaped arrangement. The building has an overall footprint of 17.7m x 8.1m and provides approximately 57 m² of internal floor area.

Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with completed buildings delivered and installed across the UK. Each module is finished to a full fit-out standard before the five units are linked together on site.

Module arrangement

The L-shaped layout uses glazing on the exposed walls to bring natural light into several sides of the lodge. The specified openings for each module are:

• Module 1: The exposed north-facing 5.9m side has a large window, glazed double door and second large window. The exposed west-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window.
• Module 2: Both exposed 5.9m sides use the same arrangement. The north and south elevations each have a small window, large window and second small window.
• Module 3: The north and south 5.9m sides each have a small window, large window and second small window. A full-size window is fitted to the exposed east-facing 2.2m end.
• Module 4: The exposed west-facing 5.9m side has a small window, large window and second small window. Its south-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window.
• Module 5: The exposed east-facing 5.9m side has a small window, large window and second small window. The south-facing 2.2m end has a full-size window.

Exterior and roof finish

The exterior is finished in Anthracite timber cladding, giving the lodge a dark, consistent appearance suited to managed accommodation settings. A dual-pitch apex roof covers the single-storey structure and gives the assembled building a clear lodge-style roofline.

Internal fit-out

The fitted specification includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, providing the core facilities required for self-contained holiday accommodation. The glazing pattern and L-shaped form create options for arranging guest, living and service areas within the approximately 57 m² floor area.

The P600 system can also be reviewed using the P600 configurator. This configuration is fixed at five modules, but site-specific service connections and external works will depend on the location.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £60,250 excluding VAT, or £72,300 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the five-module building with the specified Anthracite timber-clad exterior, dual-pitch roof, doors, windows, kitchenette, WC and shower.

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to final specification, production scheduling and confirmation of site requirements.

Siting requirements

The site must provide suitable access for module delivery and installation, together with an appropriate prepared base and routes for the required services. Ground conditions, levels, drainage, utility connections and lifting access need to be assessed for the individual location before installation costs can be confirmed.

Planning requirements remain site specific and should be checked by the operator with the relevant local authority. Any enabling works or location-specific measures are priced separately from the standard fitted building.
