Four-module wide layout
This configuration places four steel-framed P600 modules together in a single-storey, wide arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. The approximate usable internal area is 45.6m² before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, subject to the final partition plan.
Each module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior measures 5.7m x 2.0m. This format provides the capacity required for a larger toilet and shower block while keeping all accommodation on one level.
Doors and windows
Module 1 forms the principal entrance elevation. Its exposed north wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The east and west end walls each have one high-level, top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have one high-level, top-only window in both the east and west end walls. Module 4 also has high-level, top-only windows on its east and west ends, together with two high-level, top-only windows on the exposed south wall. These openings are specific to this stored configuration.
Grey grooved exterior
The exposed walls are finished between the frame with Grey ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding, installed as vertical boards. The selected cladding covers Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Modules 2 and 3’s east and west walls; and Module 4’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final fixture, colour and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Requested washroom fit-out
A WC and shower are requested for the final layout. Their positions, quantities and surrounding partitions remain subject to confirmation when the room arrangement is agreed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an option. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Where selected, plaster applies outside the bathroom walls. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes are selected in relation to the final room layout rather than assumed across the complete building. The arrangement can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Placement and access must be assessed for the intended site. Siting is subject to survey, including the available approach, working space, ground conditions and any requirements affecting transport or lifting. These checks are particularly relevant for holiday parks, campsites and large construction sites where access conditions can vary significantly.
