Four-module grid layout
This configuration uses four P600 modules arranged in a single-storey grid, creating an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m and approximately 46 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. External module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.
The stored design has one glazed entrance door and a defined window arrangement across the exposed elevations:
- Module 1: two small windows and a single glazed door on the north wall, plus one top-only high-level window on the west end.
- Module 2: two top-only high-level windows on the north wall and one on the east end.
- Module 3: two top-only high-level windows on the south wall and one on the west end.
- Module 4: one top-only high-level window on the east end and two on the south wall.
Selected exterior and roof
All exposed outside walls in this four-module arrangement have the selected Smooth plank cladding profile, reference AR16016, in Gri (Grey). The finish is applied between the steel frame on the north and west walls of Module 1, north and east walls of Module 2, south and west walls of Module 3, and east and south walls of Module 4. Cladding costs are confirmed only within the project quotation.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified for this configuration.
WC, shower and internal finishes
A WC and shower have been requested for the fit-out, with their final positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring appropriate to those spaces. The exact sanitary fixtures, quantities and room divisions are not fixed by this stored configuration.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included specifications. Flooring can also be selected room by room, but no additional room-specific flooring finish is defined in this brief. Final fixtures, colours and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
Applications and project pricing
Designed as a toilet and shower block for the construction sector, this 46 m² arrangement may also suit holiday parks and campsites. The four-module grid provides a broader single-storey plan than an individual P600 module while retaining the specified external access, high-level windows and grey plank finish.
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 excluding VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. The final figure depends on the confirmed WC and shower layout, selected fixtures, internal finish choices and project requirements. Siting and transport
Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate from the indicative configured estimate. Positioning and siting remain subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the requirements of the proposed location.
