Four-module wide layout
This toilet and shower block uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged as a single-storey, 5.9m x 8.8m building. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating a wide configuration with approximately 45.6m² of usable internal area before partitions. This is based on a conservative per-module allowance; connected open layouts may provide more space. Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m, an external height of 2.40m and a 2.16m internal ceiling.
Designed for the Construction sector, this configuration is suited to large sites as well as holiday parks and campsites. It provides the basis for a dedicated toilet and shower block, with the requested WC and shower fit-out subject to confirmation in the final room layout.
Doors and windows
The north-facing 5.9m wall of Module 1 has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows. Both 2.2m end walls of Module 1 have top-only, high-level windows.
- Module 2 has a top-only, high-level window on each 2.2m end wall.
- Module 3 has a top-only, high-level window on each 2.2m end wall.
- Module 4 has top-only, high-level windows on both 2.2m end walls.
- The south-facing 5.9m wall of Module 4 also has a top-only, high-level window.
These are the stored openings for the exposed outside walls of this four-module arrangement. Internal partitions and the precise positioning of the WC and shower areas remain subject to the confirmed final layout.
External panels and roof
The selected exterior uses the included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Light Grey, RAL 7035. The exposed north, east and west walls of Module 1; east and west walls of Modules 2 and 3; and east, south and west walls of Module 4 use smooth, standard insulated panels in the same Light Grey finish.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
A WC and shower are requested, with their final arrangement to be confirmed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls rather than replacing the specified waterproof bathroom panels.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any other wall or floor finishes depend on the agreed room plan and selections recorded in the final quotation. Illustrated fixtures, finishes and room arrangements should therefore be treated as indicative until the specification is confirmed through the building configuration and quotation process.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 excluding VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Final siting requirements, access and ground conditions are subject to survey.
