    Configuration and intended use

This P600 configuration is a four-module, single-storey toilet and shower block for the construction sector, as well as holiday parks and campsites. The modules are linked in a wide arrangement, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area.

Each steel-framed P600 module measures 5.9m x 2.2m. Combining four modules side by side provides a broad internal space for the specified WC and shower fit-out without adding a second storey. Further information on applications is available under toilet and shower blocks.

    Module-by-module arrangement

Module 1 forms the northern side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation contains a glazed double-door entrance, with one small window positioned on each side. The exposed east and west end walls each have one top-only, high-level window.

Module 2 sits directly alongside Module 1. Its long walls connect to the neighbouring modules, while its exposed 2.2m east and west ends each contain one top-only, high-level window.

Module 3 continues the same central arrangement. It also has one top-only, high-level window in the east end and one in the west end, bringing natural light into the building while maintaining privacy at a practical height.

Module 4 forms the southern side. Its east and west end walls each contain one top-only, high-level window. The exposed 5.9m south wall has two additional top-only, high-level windows. Across the complete building, the entrance is concentrated on the north elevation, with high-level windows distributed around the ends and southern elevation.

    Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in Dark grey horizontal cladding. A flat roof and slim fascia keep the roofline visually restrained across the full 8.8m width. The combination of a wide single-storey form, clearly defined entrance and consistent high-level glazing gives the building a straightforward appearance suited to operational sites and visitor facilities.

The standard fitted specification for this configuration includes WC and shower provision. Exact service positions and the final internal arrangement are confirmed as part of the project specification. The listed doors, windows, external finish and sanitary fit-out relate specifically to this four-module layout; alternative arrangements can be explored using the P600 configurator.

    Price and typical programme

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately. A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the confirmed specification, project schedule and site requirements.

    Siting requirements

The site must provide a suitable, level base designed for the building and local ground conditions. There must also be adequate access for delivery vehicles and the equipment needed to position the four modules. Water, drainage and electrical connections should be planned around the WC and shower installation. Groundworks, service runs, access restrictions and other site-specific requirements are assessed and priced separately before delivery. Any relevant planning and regulatory requirements should also be established for the chosen location.
