4-Module Timber-Effect Holiday Lodge with Shower

A practical layout for guest accommodation

This P600 configuration combines four 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules to create a single-storey building with a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint. The linked modules provide approximately 49 m² of internal floor area, giving operators a substantial space for sleeping, living and guest facilities without adding a second storey. It is configured specifically as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.

Module-by-module window and door arrangement

Module 1 forms the north side of the lodge. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a pair of glazed entrance doors positioned between two large windows. The exposed 2.2m east and west ends each have a further large window. This creates a prominent, well-glazed entrance elevation while bringing daylight into the building from three sides.

Modules 2 and 3 sit within the wide four-module arrangement. Each has one large window in its exposed east end and one large window in its exposed west end. These opposing openings provide daylight across the full width of the linked internal space without adding further external doors.

Module 4 forms the south side. Its exposed east and west ends each contain one large window, while the 5.9m south wall has two large windows. Across the complete configuration, the specified openings produce glazed elevations on every exposed side of the lodge.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in vertical timber-effect cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. This gives the lodge a more traditional accommodation profile while retaining the repeatable structure of the P600 modular system. The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, providing the core facilities required for self-contained short-stay accommodation. The remaining internal area can be planned around the operator’s intended sleeping, dining and living arrangement. Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. That price covers the four-module building with its timber-effect vertical cladding, apex roof, specified doors and windows, kitchenette, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any works required for the individual site are quoted separately.

Lead time and site preparation

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification approval, production scheduling and site requirements. The programme should be confirmed before committing to opening dates, guest bookings or other dependent works.

The site must be suitable for delivery and installation of four full-size modules. Buyers should allow for appropriate groundworks, foundations or supports, safe vehicle and installation access, and connections to the required services. Planning matters, drainage, utility capacity and any site-specific constraints remain project dependent and should be assessed before manufacture.
