Four-module run layout
This stored P600 configuration uses four steel-framed modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. The resulting footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with approximately 46 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling.
The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, the linked modules create a long, linear welfare building rather than a stacked arrangement. The final internal divisions and access between spaces will be coordinated with the requested fit-out.
Windows and external access
The exposed elevations have a defined combination of high-level top-only windows, small windows and one glazed double door:
- Module 1 has two high-level top-only windows on the north wall. Its south wall has a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window, while the exposed west end has two small windows.
- Module 2 has two high-level top-only windows on both its north and south walls.
- Module 3 also has two high-level top-only windows on both its north and south walls.
- Module 4 has two high-level top-only windows on both long walls, plus two small windows on the exposed east end.
Anthracite external finish
All selected exposed walls are finished with Smooth plank cladding, reference AR16016, in Antrasit (Anthracite), applied between the frame. This covers the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. Cladding is confirmed as part of the project quotation rather than publicly itemised.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this stored configuration.
Requested welfare fit-out
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and the final room layout still to be confirmed. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections remain selectable choices or upgrades; they are not included unless confirmed in the final quotation. The layout should therefore be reviewed against the operational needs of the site before the specification is finalised through the P600 configurator.
Construction-site application
This configuration is intended as a site welfare unit for the construction sector. Its linear internal area can be planned around typical requirements for canteen, drying room and WC facilities, subject to confirmation of partitions, fittings and circulation within the final layout.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 ex VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, and remains subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey. Access, ground conditions and the practical requirements for transport and offloading must be assessed for the intended location before the project details are confirmed.
