    Four-module wide configuration

This site welfare building uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged side by side on one level. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m. The building has approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. A connected open layout may provide more usable space.

Each module is approximately 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The eventual division between welfare spaces will depend on the confirmed room plan, including the requested WC and shower.

    Openings and external treatment

The north-facing 5.9m wall of Module 1 has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows. The east and west 2.2m ends of every module each have two small windows, giving consistent natural light along both end elevations. The south-facing 5.9m wall of Module 4 has two top-only, high-level windows.

Selected exposed walls have full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding between the frame. The Anthracite boards run vertically across the north wall of Module 1, the south wall of Module 4, and the east and west end walls of all four modules. This treatment is applied around the specified openings.

The configuration has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified.

    Requested welfare fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested, with their precise positions and surrounding partitions to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are available as an optional alternative, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.

Outside the bathroom areas, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Where plaster is selected, it applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls. Any other wall or floor finishes depend on the final room arrangement and selections confirmed by quotation; illustrated finishes or fixtures should not be treated as guaranteed.

    Construction-site use

The wide, single-storey plan is intended for the construction sector and can be planned around typical canteen, drying room and WC requirements. Further information about this application is available under site welfare units. The final arrangement must account for the requested sanitary facilities, circulation and the operational needs of the site.

Configuration details and final room selections are recorded through the building configurator. Cladding is included within the configured estimate but is not separately itemised in public pricing.
