    Four linked modules in a linear layout

    This configuration uses four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules linked end to end in a single-storey run. The completed building has a footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m and provides approximately 46 m² of internal floor area. Its long, narrow format is suited to plots where accommodation needs to be arranged in a clear linear plan, including holiday parks, glamping sites and managed short-let developments.

    Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with installation available across the UK. This particular arrangement is specified as a holiday lodge for the Holiday Parks & Accommodation sector.

    Module-by-module arrangement

    Module 1 forms the western end of the lodge and contains the principal external entrance. Its north elevation has a large window positioned between two small windows. The south elevation has a double-leaf glazed entrance door between two large windows, providing a prominent and practical access point. A full-size window is fitted to the exposed west end.

    Module 2 continues the run with the same balanced window pattern on both long elevations. The north wall has one large window between two small windows, and the south wall repeats this arrangement. Its end walls connect to the adjoining modules.

    Module 3 follows the same opening schedule as Module 2. Both its north and south elevations have a central large window with a small window on either side. Positioned between Modules 2 and 4, it continues the internal accommodation without an exposed end elevation.

    Module 4 completes the eastern end. Its north and south elevations each contain one large window between two small windows. A full-size window is installed in the exposed east end, giving both ends of the completed lodge a substantial window opening.

    External finish and internal fit-out

    The exterior is finished in vertical Dark grey cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. The regular window pattern gives the long elevations a consistent appearance, while the full-size end windows bring additional glazing to each end of the building.

    The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, providing the essential sanitary facilities required for self-contained guest accommodation. Further project-specific requirements should be established before manufacture. Buyers can also review the modular format through the P600 configurator.

    Indicative price and exclusions

    The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the four-module building in the stated single-storey configuration, including the specified external finish, apex roof, listed door and window openings, WC and shower.

    Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately. Final pricing depends on the site location, access conditions and any requirements outside the standard fitted specification.

    Programme and siting requirements

    A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification sign-off, production capacity and project scheduling. A confirmed programme is provided for each order.

    The site must be prepared before delivery and provide suitable access for the modules and installation equipment. Appropriate bases, clear working space and an agreed installation area are required. Water and foul drainage connections must also be planned for the WC and shower. Groundworks, service connections and other site-specific works are assessed and priced separately rather than included in the indicative building price.
