Configuration overview

This P600 building combines four 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Linked side by side, they create a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The configuration is designed as a modular shower block for the construction sector, while also providing a practical option for campsites and sports clubs.

The modules run parallel to one another, with Module 1 forming the north side and Module 4 forming the south side. Their linked internal edges create one substantial fitted building rather than four separate cabins.

Module-by-module layout

• Module 1: the exposed north wall has a small window, a double-door glazed entrance and a second small window. Both the east and west 2.2m ends have one high-level, top-only window.
• Module 2: positioned inside the arrangement, with one high-level, top-only window on each exposed 2.2m end to the east and west.
• Module 3: mirrors Module 2, with high-level, top-only windows on the east and west ends.
• Module 4: the east and west ends each have a high-level, top-only window. Its exposed south wall has two further high-level, top-only windows.

The glazed double-door entrance is concentrated on the north elevation, where the two smaller windows provide additional natural light. High-level glazing is used across every exposed module end, with two more high-level windows on the south elevation. This gives the building daylight while limiting direct views into areas intended for washing and WC use.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the four-module structure a consistent appearance across its long elevations and exposed ends. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline simple and unobtrusive. The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower, supplied as part of the standard fitted specification rather than as an empty shell. The precise internal arrangement and site service connections are confirmed during quotation.

Indicative price and scope

The indicative price for this four-module configuration is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the configured P600 building with the listed Anthracite exterior, doors, windows, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included in the indicative figure and are quoted separately once the destination and site conditions are known.

Requirements outside the standard specification can affect the final price. The P600 configurator can be used to review the modular format before a project-specific quotation is prepared.

Lead time and siting

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, order confirmation and current scheduling. Delivery timing also depends on site readiness and suitable access for the vehicles and lifting operations required to position the modules.

The building needs a suitable prepared, level base designed for the site conditions. Clear delivery and installation access must be available, with adequate working space around the final 5.9m x 8.8m footprint. Water, drainage and power requirements for the WC and shower must be planned as part of the site works. Groundworks, utility connections, planning considerations and other site-specific requirements remain project dependent and are assessed separately.
