Four-module wide layout
This stored configuration uses four linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side on one level. Together, they create an external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, depending on the final partition plan.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The final WC, shower and circulation arrangement remains subject to layout confirmation and quotation.
Doors and windows
The exposed elevations use a defined combination of glazed access and high-level windows:
- Module 1 has two small windows and a double-door glazed entrance on its north wall.
- Module 1 also has one high-level, top-only window on each of its east and west ends.
- Modules 2 and 3 each have one high-level, top-only window on both their east and west ends.
- Module 4 has high-level, top-only windows on its east end, west end and south wall.
This arrangement places the main glazed entrance on the north-facing side of Module 1, while the remaining exposed ends and the south wall of Module 4 use high-level openings.
Anthracite grooved external finish
Every exposed wall in this configuration is selected with full-wall ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding. The Anthracite vertical boards are applied between the frame across the north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west ends of Modules 2 and 3; and the east, south and west walls of Module 4. Final fixture and finish details are confirmed by quotation.
The building has a flat roof with approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored design.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The requested fit-out includes WC and shower provision, with the exact sanitary arrangement and room divisions to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, with hygienic panels available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected, while any other finishes are chosen to suit the confirmed room layout. Further information on this application is available under toilet and shower blocks.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £54,000 ex VAT, or £64,800 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions and the works required for the location. The stored arrangement can be reviewed through the P600 configurator, but the final layout, fixtures and finishes are those recorded in the accepted quotation.
