4-Module P600 Holiday Lodge with Covered Terrace

Four-module run layout

This P600 holiday lodge is formed from four steel-framed modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. Together, they create a footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m and approximately 46m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

The modules are 2.40m high externally and provide a 2.16m internal ceiling height. The long, linear arrangement is intended for a holiday lodge layout, with the requested kitchenette, WC and shower to be confirmed when the final internal plan is prepared. Windows and entrance

The stored design includes large windows along both long elevations. Each module has two large windows on its north wall. Modules 2, 3 and 4 also each have two large windows on their south walls, while Module 1 has two large south-facing windows arranged with a glazed double door.

The two exposed end walls add further glazing: Module 1 has a large window on its west end, and Module 4 has a large window on its east end. A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing an outdoor area connected to the lodge.

Selected exterior treatment

The exposed walls between the steel frame receive embossed woodgrain cladding in Tik (Teak). This selected treatment covers the north and south walls of all four modules, together with the west end wall of Module 1 and the east end wall of Module 4. Cladding costs are quote-only and are not itemised publicly.

A dual-pitch apex roof completes the specified exterior. The combination of the apex roof, teak-effect embossed finish and covered timber terrace gives this configuration a clear leisure-accommodation character without changing its practical modular format.

Requested internal fit-out

The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and final specifications to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to suit those wet areas.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included finishes. Room-by-room flooring selections also remain to be confirmed and should not be assumed from illustrations. Fixtures, finishes and final fit-out details are established through the quotation process and can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £63,960 excluding VAT, or £76,752 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Placement is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and positioning requirements. The quotation will define the final scope, including fit-out selections, finishes, transport requirements and any works needed for the intended site.
