Four-module run layout
This configuration places four steel-framed P600 modules in a single-storey run, creating an external footprint of 23.6m x 2.2m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The combined building provides approximately 45.6 m² of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open sections may provide more usable space, depending on the final internal arrangement. This format is intended as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.
Windows and glazed entrance
Module 1 has a small, large and small window sequence on its north wall. Its south wall has a large window, a glazed double-door set and another large window, while the exposed west end has a large window. Modules 2 and 3 each have the same small, large and small window sequence on both their north and south walls.
Module 4 continues the small, large and small window sequence on its north and south walls. Its exposed east end also includes a large window. These are the stored openings for this configuration; the final quotation confirms the detailed specification of each element.
Black Grey insulated exterior
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected exposed north and south walls have smooth standard insulated panels, together with the west end wall of Module 1 and the east end wall of Module 4. The building is completed with a dual-pitch apex roof. Any illustration remains indicative, with final fixtures, finishes and details confirmed by quotation.
Requested bathroom fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested for confirmation within the final room layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative wall or floor finishes depend on the final room arrangement and selected specification. The internal layout, partition positions and bathroom allocation must therefore be agreed as part of the quotation and design process through the building configurator.
Configured estimate and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, levels, ground conditions and any project-specific requirements. The quotation will establish the final configuration, finishes, transport requirements and applicable site works.
