A four-module single-storey run
This configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules linked end to end in a straight, single-storey run. The overall footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, providing approximately 46m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m.
The long, narrow arrangement is configured as a modular shower block for the construction sector and can also suit campsites and sports clubs. The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their final positions and the detailed room arrangement to be confirmed as part of the final layout and quotation. External openings
Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north wall has a high-level, top-only window. The south wall has a single glazed door positioned with a small window on either side, while the exposed west end wall has another high-level, top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 each have a high-level, top-only window on both their north and south exposed walls. Module 4 forms the eastern end of the building, with high-level, top-only windows on its north and south walls and on the exposed east end wall. These are the openings stored for this specific configuration; final fixture details are confirmed by quotation.
Grey smooth-plank exterior
All exposed external walls in this run are selected with Smooth plank cladding, reference AR16016, in Gri (Grey), applied between the structural frame. This covers the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end wall of Module 1 and the east end wall of Module 4. Cladding is included within the configured estimate rather than itemised publicly.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is selected for this configuration.
Internal wall and floor finishes
Outside the toilet and shower rooms, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. The WC and shower areas require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. The precise sanitary fixtures, room divisions and final wet-area details remain subject to the agreed layout and quotation.
Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices rather than included features of this stored design. Room-by-room flooring outside the wet areas must also be selected and confirmed. Available configuration choices can be reviewed through the building configurator, but only items recorded in the final quotation form part of the supplied specification.
Estimate and site considerations
The indicative configured estimate is £55,200 excluding VAT, or £66,240 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The quotation will confirm the final layout, openings, fit-out, finishes and transport requirements for the intended location.
