Four-module L-shaped layout

This configuration uses four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules to form a single-storey holiday lodge with an overall footprint of 11.8m x 8.1m. The L-shaped arrangement provides approximately 49 m² of internal floor area and creates two distinct wings within one connected building. It is designed for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators looking for practical, self-contained guest accommodation. Module 1: principal entrance elevation

Module 1 forms a prominent part of the north-facing elevation. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a pair of glazed entrance doors positioned between two large windows, giving the lodge a clear main entrance and generous glazing. The exposed 2.2m west end has one full-size window, adding natural light from a second direction.

Module 2: glazing on three sides

Module 2 has exposed walls to the north, east and south. Both 5.9m side elevations use the same arrangement of a large central window with a small window on either side. The exposed 2.2m east end is fitted with a full-size window. This creates a heavily glazed section of the lodge without adding a second external door.

Modules 3 and 4: the return wing

Module 3 has a full-size window on its exposed 2.2m south end. Its exposed 5.9m west wall has one large window positioned between two small windows. Module 4 completes the L-shaped return, with the same small, large and small window arrangement along its exposed 5.9m east wall. A further full-size window is fitted to the exposed 2.2m south end.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The steel-framed modules are finished externally with timber cladding in a timber-effect finish. A dual-pitch apex roof gives the single-storey lodge a conventional roof profile suited to a holiday accommodation setting. Inside, the standard fitted configuration includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, providing the core facilities required for a self-contained holiday lodge.

Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK. The modular format allows the four sections to be produced as coordinated units before delivery to site. The same base configuration can be reviewed through the P600 configurator.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £48,500 ex VAT, or £58,200 inc VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are not included in that figure and are quoted separately. Any changes to the standard layout, openings, finish or internal specification may affect the final price.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification, production capacity and confirmation of site requirements. Delivery and installation dates are agreed as part of the project programme rather than assumed from the indicative lead time alone.

Preparing the site

The site must be suitable for delivery, lifting and installation of four full-size modules. Ground conditions, access routes, vehicle movements, lifting requirements and the position of nearby structures or trees should be assessed before delivery. Appropriate foundations or prepared ground, service connections and any required site-specific works must also be arranged. These elements are assessed and priced separately because requirements vary between holiday parks, glamping sites and individual short-let locations.
