Four-module L-shaped layout
This holiday lodge is formed from four linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged over one storey in an L-shaped plan. The overall footprint is 11.8m x 8.1m, with approximately 46 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, has an external height of 2.40m and provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The internal ceiling height is 2.16m.
The configuration is intended for the Holiday Parks & Accommodation sector. Its combined floor area and requested facilities suit holiday lodge use by holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators. Further information about this application is available on the holiday lodges page.
Windows and entrance arrangement
The stored design places windows and the glazed entrance across the exposed walls of all four modules:
- Module 1: two large windows and a glazed double door on the north 5.9m side, plus a full-size window on the west 2.2m end.
- Module 2: two large windows on the north 5.9m side, a full-size window on the east 2.2m end and two large windows on the south 5.9m side.
- Module 3: a full-size window on the south 2.2m end and two large windows on the west 5.9m side.
- Module 4: two large windows on the east 5.9m side and a full-size window on the south 2.2m end.
Anthracite Grey exterior and apex roof
The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. Smooth standard insulated panels are selected for Module 1’s north and west walls; Module 2’s north, east and south walls; Module 3’s south and west walls; and Module 4’s east and south walls. The four-module arrangement is finished with a dual-pitch apex roof.
Requested internal facilities
The requested fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their positions and final details to be confirmed in the completed layout and quotation. The toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is formed from white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panels.
Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles remain selectable upgrades or choices rather than included finishes in this stored configuration. Flooring outside the toilet and shower areas has not been fixed room by room and must also be confirmed. Available layout and finish selections can be reviewed through the building configurator, subject to the final quotation.
Configured estimate and site requirements
The indicative configured estimate is £58,200 excluding VAT, or £69,840 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the requested fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and any other site-specific works are separate from the configured estimate.
The intended position, access route and site conditions must be assessed before the final arrangements are agreed. Siting is subject to survey, including confirmation that the site can accommodate the 11.8m x 8.1m L-shaped footprint and the transport and offloading requirements for four P600 modules.
