Four-module run layout

This stored configuration uses four steel-framed P600 modules arranged end to end as a single-storey run. The external footprint is 23.6m x 2.2m, with an approximate usable internal area of 45.6m² before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, subject to the final junction and room design.

Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with a 2.16m internal ceiling. Its approximate usable interior is 5.7m x 2.0m. The requested kitchenette, WC and shower are to be confirmed within the final internal layout, so no fixed room positions or partition arrangement are assumed at this stage.

Windows, entrance and terrace

The exposed elevations use the following stored arrangement:

Module 1 north side: one small window, one large window and one small window.
Module 1 south side: one large window, a double-door glazed entrance and one large window.
Module 1 west end: one full-size window.
Module 2 north and south sides: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
Module 3 north and south sides: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
Module 4 north and south sides: one small window, one large window and one small window on each side.
Module 4 east end: one full-size window.

A covered ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing an external area associated with the holiday lodge configuration. Its relationship to site levels, access routes and surrounding landscaping remains subject to the final site assessment.

External finish and roof

The selected outside walls use standard vertical insulated sandwich panels with a smooth Light Grey finish, RAL 7035. These panels are specified on the north and south walls of all four modules, the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 4. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.

Requested internal fit-out

The stored request includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, with their exact positions and surrounding partitions to be confirmed by quotation. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard, while hygienic panels are available as an optional selection. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.

Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included wall finish. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. Any other wall or floor finishes depend on the final room layout and selections, and illustrated fixtures or finishes should not be treated as confirmed until they appear in the quotation.

Holiday accommodation siting and pricing

This configuration is intended for holiday lodge use within holiday parks and accommodation settings. The indicative configured estimate is £53,760 excluding VAT, or £64,512 including VAT, subject to quotation and final specification.

Transport is priced separately according to postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting is subject to survey, including access, levels, foundations or support requirements and practical positioning of the four-module run. Final layout and finish selections are confirmed through the configuration process.
