A balanced four-module layout

This configuration uses four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules connected in a two-by-two grid. The completed lodge has an 11.8m x 4.4m footprint and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. Its square-format plan provides useful space for guest accommodation while keeping the entire building on one level. It is designed for operators assessing permanent or additional holiday lodge accommodation.

Openings on each module

The four modules are arranged so that their exposed elevations create a well-lit building with windows on every side. The specified layout includes 12 large windows and one pair of glazed entrance doors.

• Module 1 forms the north-west section. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has a large window, a pair of glazed doors and a second large window. A further large window is fitted to the exposed west end.
• Module 2 forms the north-east section. Two large windows are positioned on its north-facing wall, with another large window on the exposed east end.
• Module 3 forms the south-west section. Its south-facing wall contains two large windows, while the exposed west end has one large window.
• Module 4 forms the south-east section. Two large windows face south, with a further large window in the exposed east end.

The glazed double entrance is positioned centrally along the north elevation within Module 1. The remaining windows provide daylight from the north, south, east and west without adding openings that are not part of this configuration.

Exterior finish and roof

Horizontal timber-effect cladding gives the lodge a finish suited to holiday parks, woodland settings and glamping sites. Above it, the flat roof is completed with a slim fascia for a simple, low-profile appearance. The building remains recognisably modular in construction while presenting as one coordinated four-module unit.

Fitted guest facilities

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, giving short-let operators the essential facilities required for self-contained guest accommodation. The precise internal positioning of these elements can be coordinated as part of the project specification. Indicative price and specification

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the four-module, single-storey lodge described here, including its timber-effect exterior, specified doors and windows, flat roof, kitchenette, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location, foundations and service requirements vary between sites.

Programme and site preparation

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the agreed specification, order schedule and project requirements. The site must be ready to receive an 11.8m x 4.4m building, with suitable access for delivery and installation.

Groundworks must provide an appropriate prepared base for the four-module layout. The lodge also requires planned connections for electricity, water and drainage to serve the kitchenette, WC and shower. Available access, foundation design, service routes and any relevant planning requirements should be established for the individual site before delivery is scheduled.
