Four-module wide layout

This configuration combines four P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide-format building. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approximately 49 m² of internal floor area. The modules are linked to form one continuous holiday lodge, finished with timber-effect cladding and a dual-pitch apex roof.

Module-by-module window and door arrangement

Module 1 forms the northern edge of the lodge. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a symmetrical arrangement comprising a large window, a pair of glazed doors and a second large window. The exposed 2.2m east and west end walls each have one full-size window. This provides the lodge’s external entrance and extensive glazing across the north elevation.

Module 2 sits alongside Module 1 within the wide layout. Both exposed 2.2m ends are glazed, with one full-size window on the east wall and one full-size window on the west wall. There are no additional external openings specified for this module.

Module 3 follows the same external arrangement as Module 2. It has a full-size window in its exposed east end and another full-size window in its exposed west end, helping bring daylight into the centre of the combined building.

Module 4 forms the southern edge. Its exposed east and west end walls each have a full-size window, while the 5.9m south wall contains two large windows. Across the complete configuration, the window schedule comprises eight full-size end windows and four large side windows, together with the glazed double-door entrance on the north elevation.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in timber-effect cladding, giving the lodge an appearance suited to holiday park and rural accommodation settings. A dual-pitch apex roof completes the specified external profile while retaining the practical benefits of a linked P600 modular structure.

The internal fit-out includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, providing the core facilities required for self-contained guest accommodation. The exact internal arrangement and any project-specific finishes should be confirmed as part of the quotation and approval process. Price and project scope

The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This price relates to the four-module, single-storey building described here, including its specified exterior, doors, windows, kitchenette, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, location and installation conditions vary between sites.

Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to specification confirmation, project scheduling and site readiness. The lodge requires suitable prepared groundworks and foundations for its 5.9m x 8.8m footprint, together with adequate delivery and installation access.

The site must also allow for the required electricity, water and drainage connections serving the kitchenette, WC and shower. Buyers should establish the relevant planning, holiday park, licensing and local authority requirements for their location before installation.
