    Four-module wide layout

    This configuration combines four P600 steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide-format building. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approx. 45.60 m² usable internal area before partitions. The modules are linked to form one continuous holiday lodge, finished with timber-effect cladding and a dual-pitch apex roof.

    Module-by-module window and door arrangement

    Module 1 forms the northern edge of the lodge. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a symmetrical arrangement comprising a large window, a pair of glazed doors and a second large window. The exposed 2.2m east and west end walls each have one full-size window. This provides the lodge’s external entrance and extensive glazing across the north elevation.

    Module 2 sits alongside Module 1 within the wide layout. Both exposed 2.2m ends are glazed, with one full-size window on the east wall and one full-size window on the west wall. There are no additional external openings specified for this module.

    Module 3 follows the same external arrangement as Module 2. It has a full-size window in its exposed east end and another full-size window in its exposed west end, helping bring daylight into the centre of the combined building.

    Module 4 forms the southern edge. Its exposed east and west end walls each have a full-size window, while the 5.9m south wall contains two large windows. Across the complete configuration, the window schedule comprises eight full-size end windows and four large side windows, together with the glazed double-door entrance on the north elevation.
