Four-module wide layout
This configuration uses four linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side on a single storey. Together they create an external footprint of 5.9m x 8.8m and approximately 45.6 m2 of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more space, subject to the final partition design.
Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally and is 2.40m high, with an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7m x 2.0m. The wide format provides space for the requested WC and shower accommodation while keeping all facilities within one connected building. The precise room arrangement, circulation space, sanitary fittings and partition positions are confirmed through the final layout.
Doors, windows and natural light
Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed north wall has a central double glazed door with one small window on either side. The east and west end walls each have a high-level, top-only window.
Modules 2 and 3 sit between the outer modules. Each has a high-level, top-only window in both its east and west end walls. Module 4 forms the south side, with high-level, top-only windows on its east end, west end and exposed south wall. This combination gives the connected layout a glazed principal entrance and controlled high-level glazing around the remaining exposed elevations.
External finish and roof
The exposed outside walls use the selected standard insulated sandwich panels in Pure White, RAL 9010, with a smooth finish. The panels are installed vertically and are included in this configuration. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia; no additional fascia has been selected. Final colours, junction details and other illustrated finishes are confirmed in the quotation.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The stored design requests a WC and shower, with their final positions and detailed fit-out still to be confirmed. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels are available as an optional selection, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels provide the included internal wall finish. Plaster can be applied outside bathroom walls when selected, and any other finishes depend on the agreed room layout and quotation. Fixtures, sanitaryware and finishes shown in supporting imagery should not be treated as guaranteed inclusions unless they are specified in the final quotation.
Construction-sector use and project costs
This configuration is intended as a modular shower block for the construction sector and can also suit campsites or sports clubs. The indicative configured estimate is £51,600 ex VAT, or £61,920 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out.
Transport is priced separately according to the site postcode and access conditions. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including checks on access, levels, foundations, service connections and working space. Any changes made through the final configuration process may affect the quoted price and specification.
