This configuration combines four P600 modules in a straight run, creating a building measuring 23.6m x 2.2m with approximately 46 m² of internal floor area. It is designed for use as a modular changing room by football, rugby and cricket clubs requiring dedicated changing and washing facilities.

Module-by-module layout

The four 5.9m x 2.2m steel-framed modules are linked end to end on a single storey. This run layout provides a long internal space while keeping the building width to 2.2m, which can help where available site depth or access is restricted.

Module 1 contains the building entrance. Its south elevation has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The north elevation has two high-level, top-only windows, while the exposed west end has two further small windows.

Module 2 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north elevation and two matching high-level windows on the south elevation. Its end walls connect internally to Modules 1 and 3.

Module 3 follows the same arrangement, with two high-level, top-only windows on both the north and south elevations. It links Module 2 to the final module in the run.

Module 4 has two high-level, top-only windows on its north elevation and two on the south elevation. The exposed east end is fitted with two small windows. Across the complete building, the window arrangement introduces daylight while retaining privacy appropriate for changing-room use.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth black cladding, giving the building a clean, understated appearance suited to sports grounds and club facilities. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile simple and consistent along the full 23.6m run.

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower. These facilities make the building suitable as a self-contained changing space rather than an unfitted shell. Buyers can review the underlying modular system and alternative arrangements through the P600 configurator.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £43,000 excluding VAT, or £51,600 including VAT, for this standard fitted specification. The price covers the four-module building in the stated configuration, including its specified exterior finish, doors, windows, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately.

Preparing the site

The building requires a suitable level base, clear delivery access and adequate space for unloading and installation. The precise groundwork design depends on site conditions and must be established before delivery. Connections for water, drainage and power should also be planned around the WC and shower requirements.

Restricted access, existing structures, overhead obstructions and the distance to service connections can affect installation planning and cost. These site-specific requirements are assessed separately from the indicative building price.
