    • Approximately 46 m² internal floor area
    • Dark grey horizontal external cladding
    • Dual-pitch apex roof

    A wide, single-storey club facility

This configuration combines four 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules in a wide, single-storey arrangement. The completed building has a 5.9m x 8.8m footprint and provides approximately 46 m² of internal floor area. The linked modules create a broad internal plan suited to use as modular changing rooms for football, rugby and cricket clubs.

The building has one glazed entrance door, a high number of small windows and dedicated WC and shower facilities. It is designed as a fitted club building rather than a basic shell, giving buyers a defined starting specification while allowing delivery, groundworks and site requirements to be assessed separately.

    Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. This is the only external door listed for the configuration. The exposed 2.2m east and west ends of Module 1 each have two small windows.

Modules 2 and 3 sit between the outer modules. Their long sides connect internally to the adjoining modules, while each exposed 2.2m end has two small windows. This gives both the east and west elevations four pairs of small windows across the full width of the completed building.

Module 4 forms the south side. Its exposed 5.9m south elevation has three small windows, while its east and west ends each have two further small windows. Across all four modules, the window arrangement provides openings on every external elevation without introducing additional doors or unspecified glazing.

    Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in dark grey horizontal cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. The roof gives the four-module assembly a unified appearance, while the horizontal cladding provides a consistent finish around the north, south, east and west elevations.

The internal fit-out includes a WC and shower for players and club users. Exact room divisions, service routes and the positioning of sanitary areas should be confirmed during the project design stage. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings installed at sites across the UK.

    Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £48,500 excluding VAT, or £58,200 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the four-module, single-storey building in the configuration described, including the stated cladding colour, apex roof, glazed entrance, window arrangement, WC and shower.

Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are not included in the indicative price and are quoted separately. Costs can vary according to site location, access, the required base, service connections and any project-specific changes made through the P600 configurator.

    Lead time and siting requirements

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme should be confirmed when the final specification, site information and delivery arrangements are agreed, as project requirements can affect timing.

The site needs a suitable prepared base, adequate access for delivery and installation, and the necessary connections for the WC and shower. Ground conditions, levels, drainage, water, power and access constraints should be established before installation. Groundworks and connection works are assessed for the individual site and priced separately from the standard building.
