3-Module Toilet and Shower Block

A practical three-module layout

This configuration uses three 5.9m x 2.2m P600 modules arranged across a two-by-two grid, forming an overall footprint of 11.8m x 4.4m. The completed single-storey building provides approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. It is designed as a fitted toilet and shower block for the Construction sector, with a layout also suited to holiday parks and campsites.

Module 1 occupies the north-west position and contains the main entrance. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a small window, glazed double doors and a second small window. The exposed 2.2m west end has one top-only, high-level window. This gives the entrance elevation a clear, balanced arrangement while retaining privacy elsewhere.

Module 2 sits alongside Module 1. Its exposed north wall has one top-only, high-level window. Further high-level windows are fitted to the exposed 2.2m east end and the 5.9m south wall. These openings bring daylight into the building without relying on full-height glazing.

Module 3 completes the three-part grid. It has top-only, high-level windows on its exposed 2.2m east end, 5.9m south wall and 2.2m west end. Together, the three modules create one connected facility within the stated footprint rather than three separate portable units.

WC and shower fit-out

The internal fit-out includes WC and shower facilities, making this configuration suitable where users need both toilet and washing provision in one building. The high-level window arrangement supports the privacy required for this use, while the two smaller windows around the main doors provide additional natural light at the entrance. Anthracite external finish

The exterior is finished in smooth Anthracite cladding, giving the building a clean, restrained appearance suitable for a managed construction site, campsite or holiday park. Price and standard specification

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This price covers the three-module building with its stated cladding, roof, doors, windows, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are not included and are quoted separately once the location and site requirements are known.

Typical lead time

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The programme depends on the confirmed specification, site information and current production schedule. The P600 format can be reviewed using the P600 configurator, but the price on this page applies to the exact three-module arrangement and standard fitted specification set out above.

Siting requirements

The site must have a suitable prepared, level base and sufficient access for delivery vehicles, the modules and installation equipment. Water, drainage and electrical connection requirements should be established before installation because the building contains WC and shower facilities. Space must also be allowed around the 11.8m x 4.4m footprint for safe unloading and installation. Groundworks, service connections and other location-specific works are assessed and priced separately.
