    Configuration and footprint

    This site welfare building is formed from three P600 modules arranged side by side in a wide, single-storey layout. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m by 6.6m and approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. The format is intended for construction sites that need canteen, drying room and WC facilities within one connected building.

    External finish

    The exterior is finished in smooth Light grey cladding, giving the unit a clean, straightforward appearance suited to an active construction environment. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the overall profile low. The three steel-framed modules are linked to create a single building rather than separate welfare cabins.

    Module-by-module layout

    Module 1 forms the northern side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows, providing the building’s external entrance and natural light. The exposed east and west 2.2m end walls each have two small windows.

    Module 2 sits in the centre of the layout, with its long sides connected to the neighbouring modules. Its exposed east end contains two small windows, and its exposed west end contains a further two small windows.

    Module 3 forms the southern side. Its east and west end walls each contain two small windows. On the exposed 5.9m south wall, two top-only high-level windows provide additional daylight while retaining more solid wall area at normal working height.

    Internal fit-out

    The included internal fit-out comprises a kitchenette, WC and shower. Together with the approximately 34 m² floor area, these facilities allow the building to be planned around the day-to-day welfare needs of a construction workforce, including eating, changing or drying space and washing facilities.

    Price and programme

Delivery, groundworks and site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, foundations and service requirements vary between construction sites.     A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from order and approval of the final specification. Programme dates depend on the agreed fit-out, current production schedule, delivery planning and whether the receiving site is ready for installation.

    Siting requirements

    The building requires a prepared, level base suitable for the three-module arrangement. The site must also provide suitable delivery access, space for unloading and lifting, and clear coordination around nearby structures or active works. Electrical, water and drainage connections must be assessed for the specific location, with any required groundworks and site connections priced separately.
