Configuration and footprint

This P600 configuration uses three steel-framed modules linked side by side in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, producing an overall footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The completed building provides a substantial modular shower block without requiring a two-storey installation.

Module-by-module layout

• Module 1 forms the north side of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall contains a small window, a single glazed entrance door and a second small window. The east and west 2.2m end walls each contain one high-level, top-only window.
• Module 2 is positioned in the centre of the three-module layout. Its exposed east and west end walls each have one high-level, top-only window, bringing controlled daylight into the middle section while maintaining privacy.
• Module 3 forms the south side. Its east and west end walls each contain a high-level, top-only window, while the exposed 5.9m south wall has a further high-level, top-only window.

The single glazed door on the north elevation provides the specified external entrance. The two small windows sit on either side of this door. High-level glazing is used throughout the exposed end walls and on the south elevation, making the arrangement particularly appropriate for shower and WC use where daylight and privacy must be balanced.

Exterior and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in smooth Dark grey cladding, giving the building a clean and consistent appearance suited to construction, leisure and sports environments. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the roofline restrained and complements the wide, low-profile format of the single-storey structure.

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower. The three linked modules create one coordinated facility with approximately 37 m² of usable internal floor area. Adacon designs, manufactures and delivers the P600 system, with buildings delivered and installed across the UK.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification described here. This covers the three-module building with its specified exterior, doors, windows, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately, allowing the final quotation to reflect the location and installation conditions.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the final specification, production schedule and site readiness. The layout can be reviewed using the P600 configurator before the order and site details are confirmed.

Siting requirements

The site must have a suitable prepared base and sufficient access for delivery and installation of three 5.9m modules. Ground conditions, vehicle access, lifting requirements and the routes for water, drainage and electrical services should be assessed before delivery. Any required groundworks, service connections or other location-specific work will be identified and priced separately as part of the site planning process.
