Configuration overview

This P600 configuration uses three steel-framed modules arranged side by side in a wide, single-storey layout. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 5.9m by 6.6m and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. It is designed for use as a modular shower block within the construction sector, while also providing a suitable format for campsites and sports clubs.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the north side of the building and contains the main entrance. Its exposed 5.9m north elevation has a centrally positioned glazed double door with a small window on each side. This provides a clear, accessible entrance elevation with natural light at either side of the doorway. The exposed east and west 2.2m ends each have one top-only, high-level window.

Module 2 sits between the two outer modules. As the central section, its exposed walls are limited to the east and west 2.2m ends. Each end is fitted with one top-only, high-level window, maintaining daylight and privacy without adding unnecessary low-level glazing.

Module 3 forms the south side of the building. Its east and west 2.2m ends each have one top-only, high-level window. A further top-only, high-level window is positioned on the exposed 5.9m south elevation. No external door is specified for this module.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished with horizontal cladding in Light grey, giving the building a clean and restrained appearance suitable for operational sites. The flat roof is completed with a slim fascia, keeping the roofline simple and reducing visual bulk across the 6.6m-wide elevation.

The standard fitted specification includes a WC and shower within the combined building. The high-level windows support privacy in washroom areas, while the two small windows beside the entrance bring additional light to the north elevation. The precise internal arrangement of sanitary areas, partitions and service routes should be confirmed as part of the final specification.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This is the budget figure for the three-module building with the stated external finish, door and window arrangement, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately because access, distance, ground conditions and service requirements vary between locations.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on final specification approval, current production capacity, delivery planning and site readiness. Alternative layouts can be reviewed using the P600 configurator, but changes to openings, fit-out or finishes may affect both price and lead time.

Siting requirements

The building requires a level, suitably prepared base designed for the site’s ground conditions and the completed building loads. Delivery and installation access must accommodate the module dimensions, transport vehicles and lifting operations. The site should also be ready for the required water, drainage and electrical connections. Planning requirements, Building Regulations and final service design must be assessed for the proposed location.
