    Three-module single-storey layout

This configuration combines three steel-framed P600 modules side by side to create a wide, single-storey modular shower block. The overall footprint is 5.9m x 6.6m, with approximately 34 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m and provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height. All three modules are arranged at ground-floor level, with the final internal division and circulation to be confirmed in the quoted layout.

    Doors, windows and natural light

Module 1 forms the principal entrance elevation on its north-facing 5.9m side. This wall has a glazed double door positioned between two small windows. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have a top-only high-level window. Module 2 has one top-only high-level window in each of its east and west end walls. Module 3 also has high-level windows to its east and west ends, together with a further top-only high-level window on its south-facing 5.9m wall. This combination gives the stored design a defined entrance and discreet high-level glazing around the exposed ends and rear elevation.

    Selected external finish and roof

The exterior uses included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Cream, RAL 9001. Smooth standard insulated panels are selected for Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Module 2’s east and west walls; and Module 3’s east, south and west walls. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia, without an additional fascia treatment. Final fixture, panel and finish details are confirmed by quotation, and any cladding-related pricing remains quote-only.

    Requested washroom fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their positions and room arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring to suit these wet areas. The specific sanitary fixtures, fittings and final finish selections are not guaranteed by illustrative material and will be set out in the quotation. The configuration is intended as a modular shower block for the Construction sector while also suiting campsites and sports clubs.

    Internal walls and selectable finishes

Outside the toilet and shower rooms, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles remain selectable choices rather than included specifications. Room-by-room flooring selections are also subject to the final design and quotation, apart from the required wet-room PVC flooring within the toilet and shower areas. These choices can be reviewed as part of the stored design when using the building configurator.

    Indicative price and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final washroom layout and selected details. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate. Siting is subject to survey, including assessment of access, positioning, ground conditions and the requirements for services serving the WC and shower facilities.
