Wide three-module arrangement

This P600 configuration brings together three steel-framed modules in a single-storey, wide layout. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m. The building is 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Across the three modules, the conservative allowance is approximately 34.2m² of usable internal area before partitions. A connected open arrangement may provide more usable space, depending on the final room layout. This configuration is intended as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let accommodation.

Glazing and entrance arrangement

The exposed walls have a defined pattern of large windows and a double glazed door. These openings provide glazing across both long and end elevations while retaining the wide, linked-module form.

Module 1: its north-facing 5.9m wall has a large window, double glazed door and second large window. Its east and west 2.2m ends each have one large window.
Module 2: its exposed east and west 2.2m ends each have one large window.
Module 3: its south-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. Its east and west 2.2m ends each have one large window.

Anthracite external finish

The selected exposed outside walls are finished between the frame in Anthracite ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding, using vertically arranged boards. This selection applies to the north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3.

Above, the configuration uses a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final fixture, colour and finish details are confirmed in the quotation rather than guaranteed from illustrative material.

Requested kitchenette and washroom fit-out

A kitchenette, WC and shower have been requested, with their exact positions and room divisions to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic bathroom panels are available as an optional finish, while the shower room uses wet-room PVC flooring.

Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected. Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Any alternative finishes and their coverage depend on the confirmed room arrangement and selections made during quotation. The layout can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Indicative estimate and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £40,700 excluding VAT, or £48,840 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final fit-out. Transport is priced separately according to the destination postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
