Three-module run layout

This P600 configuration uses three steel-framed modules arranged end to end in a single-storey run. The resulting footprint is 17.7m long by 2.2m wide, with approximately 34 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m externally and provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m by 2.0m. The module specification gives a 2.40m external height and a 2.16m internal ceiling.

Designed as a holiday lodge, the layout is intended for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators. A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, creating an external area associated with the accommodation.

Windows and entrance

Module 1 forms the western end of the run. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing wall combines a large window, one glazed double door and a second large window. A full-size window is fitted to the exposed 2.2m west end.

Module 2 occupies the centre of the building. Its north-facing wall has two large windows, while its south-facing wall has a further two large windows. Module 3 completes the eastern end: two large windows are specified on both its north- and south-facing walls, with a full-size window on the exposed 2.2m east end. Final opening details remain subject to the confirmed quotation and layout.

Anthracite cladding and apex roof

All exposed outside walls in this run are selected with full-wall ARLINE AR14514 fine-ribbed cladding in Anthracite. The vertical boards are applied between the frame on the north and south walls of all three modules, together with the west end of Module 1 and the east end of Module 3. The building is finished with a dual-pitch apex roof.

The Anthracite cladding is part of this configured estimate, but its pricing is quote-only and is not itemised separately. Final colours, junctions and finish details are confirmed through the project quotation.

Requested internal fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their final positions to be confirmed in the completed internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.

Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included elements of this stored configuration. Exact sanitary fixtures, finishes and room arrangements must therefore be confirmed in the final quotation. The configuration can be reviewed through the P600 building configurator.

Estimate and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £49,060 excluding VAT, or £58,872 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Final siting is subject to a site survey and confirmation of access, ground conditions and project requirements. The quotation will confirm the final specification, internal arrangement, selected finishes and all applicable transport and site-related costs.
