Configuration and dimensions
This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side as a single-storey, wide-format building. The external footprint is 5.9m x 6.6m, with an approximate usable internal area of 34.2m² before partitions. This is a conservative allowance based on each module’s approximate 5.7m x 2.0m usable interior; connected open layouts may provide more space.
Each module has an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m. The final room arrangement and partition positions will be confirmed as part of the layout for the requested WC and shower facilities. This configuration is intended for the Construction sector and forms part of Adacon’s modular shower block range.
Doors and windows
Module 1 forms the principal north-facing elevation. Its 5.9m north wall has a single glazed door positioned between two small windows. The east and west end walls of Module 1 each have one high-level, top-only window.
Module 2 has a high-level, top-only window in each exposed end wall to the east and west. Module 3 also has high-level, top-only windows in its east and west end walls, together with a further high-level, top-only window in the exposed 5.9m south wall. These openings are specific to this stored configuration.
External finish and roof
The exposed walls are finished between the frame in Anthracite ARLINE AR16016 grooved plank cladding with vertically arranged boards. This full-wall treatment is selected for Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Module 2’s east and west walls; and Module 3’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in the stored design. Final fixture, finish and colour details remain subject to confirmation in the quotation.
Requested internal fit-out
The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with the precise positions and partition arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic wall panels can be selected as an option, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Outside the bathroom areas, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Plaster applies outside bathroom walls when that finish is selected. Any other internal finishes depend on the agreed room layout and will be confirmed through the final specification. Layout choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £40,700 excluding VAT, or £48,840 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Positioning and site requirements are subject to survey. Access, ground conditions, levels, service connections and the space needed for transport and offloading must be assessed for the intended location before the final quotation and siting plan are confirmed.
