3-Module Modular Shower Block with WC

Three P600 modules in a straight run

This configuration uses three steel-framed P600 modules linked in a single-storey run. Together, they create a footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m and provide approximately 34m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m.

Each module is 2.40m high externally and has a 2.16m internal ceiling. The narrow, linear format is configured as a modular shower block for the construction sector, with campsites and sports clubs also identified as typical applications.

External finish and roof

The exposed outside walls are finished with included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, matched to RAL 9005. The selected panels have a smooth surface. This finish applies to the north, south and west exposed walls of Module 1; the north and south walls of Module 2; and the north, south and east exposed walls of Module 3.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified in this stored design. Any alternative cladding selections or associated pricing would be confirmed by quotation rather than itemised as part of the public configuration.

Windows and entrance arrangement

Module 1 has a high-level top-only window on its north side and another on its west end. Its south side contains two small windows with a single glazed door positioned between them. This glazed door is the specified external entrance within the stored design.

Module 2 has one high-level top-only window on the north side and one on the south side. Module 3 has high-level top-only windows on its north and south sides, plus a further high-level top-only window on the exposed east end. These openings are specific to this three-module run configuration.

Requested WC and shower fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested for the fit-out. Their final positions, room divisions and associated details must be confirmed in the quoted layout before the specification is finalised. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring.

Outside those wet areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable choices or upgrades rather than included features of this configuration. Room-by-room flooring selections also remain subject to the final layout and quotation; no precise floor finish outside the required wet-room areas is claimed here.

Estimate, transport and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are separate from the configured estimate.

The proposed position, access route and site conditions remain subject to survey. The survey and quotation process will establish the relevant access, groundworks, handling and siting requirements for the 17.7m x 2.2m run.
