3-Module Modular Shower Block with WC

Linear three-module layout

This configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules arranged as a single-storey run. Together, they form a footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m and provide approximately 34 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external module height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

The long, narrow format is intended for a modular shower block serving campsites, sports clubs and construction sites. The requested fit-out includes WC and shower facilities, with their final number, position and room arrangement to be confirmed through the completed layout and quotation. Windows and entrance

Module 1 has two high-level top-only windows on its exposed north wall. Its south wall contains a small window, a glazed double door and a second small window, creating the entrance elevation for this configuration. The exposed west end has one high-level top-only window.

Module 2 has two high-level top-only windows on its north wall and two on its south wall. Module 3 follows the same arrangement across its north and south walls, with two high-level top-only windows on each side. Its exposed east end also contains one high-level top-only window.

These openings are specific to the stored configuration. Their detailed specification and final coordination with the WC, shower rooms, partitions and services remain subject to the confirmed quotation and layout.

Jet Black external finish

The included exterior uses vertically installed insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005. The selected standard insulated panels have a smooth finish across the exposed north, south and west walls of Module 1; the north and south walls of Module 2; and the north, south and east walls of Module 3.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is included in this design. External finish details are confirmed as part of the quotation and are not separately itemised in this public configuration.

Requested washroom fit-out

WC and shower provision is requested for the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels together with wet-room PVC flooring. The precise room divisions, sanitary arrangement and associated service requirements must be agreed before quotation is finalised.

Outside the toilet and shower rooms, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panel. Plasterboard, alternative hygienic-panel styles and room-by-room flooring selections are available as choices or upgrades rather than included elements of this stored design. Fixtures, finishes and details shown in supporting imagery are subject to confirmation by quotation. Layout choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Estimate, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.

Siting is subject to survey and confirmation of access, levels, foundations or supporting ground conditions, service routes and operational requirements. The completed quotation will define the final building scope and any site-dependent provisions.
