Wide three-module configuration
This modular shower block uses three linked P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side on a single storey. The completed configuration has an external footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an external height of 2.40m and an internal ceiling height of 2.16m.
Each module provides an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Across the three modules, the conservative usable internal area is approximately 34.2 m2 before partitions. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, but the final room divisions will depend on the confirmed WC and shower arrangement.
Entrances, windows and exposed walls
Module 1 forms the northern edge of the building. Its exposed 5.9m north wall has a pair of glazed entrance doors positioned between two small windows. The exposed east and west ends each have one high-level, top-only window.
Module 2 occupies the central position. Its exposed east and west ends each contain one high-level, top-only window. Module 3 forms the southern edge, with one high-level, top-only window on each exposed end and two high-level, top-only windows on its 5.9m south wall.
The selected outside walls use smooth, standard insulated sandwich panels in Anthracite Grey, RAL 7016. These panels are specified on Module 1’s north, east and west walls; Module 2’s east and west walls; and Module 3’s east, south and west walls. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia.
Requested washing and WC fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested, with their exact positions and associated partitions to be confirmed in the final layout. Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic bathroom panels are available as an optional selection, while shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring.
Elsewhere, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Other finishes are selected to suit the confirmed room layout. Where plaster is selected, it applies to the outside faces of bathroom walls rather than replacing the waterproof bathroom-side construction. Further information on this use case is available under Modular Shower Blocks, while layout and finish selections can be reviewed through the building configurator.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation and confirmation of the final specification. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Final siting is subject to survey. Access, ground conditions, module positioning and the requirements for offloading or cranage must be assessed for the intended location before the quotation and site arrangements are confirmed.
