3-Module Modular Gym with Requested WC and Shower

Wide three-module gym configuration

This stored configuration uses three P600 steel-framed modules arranged side by side on one level. The resulting wide layout has an overall footprint of 5.9m x 6.6m and provides approximately 34 m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. The external height is 2.40m, while the internal ceiling height is 2.16m.

Designed for the Sport & Leisure sector, the layout is suited to home gym owners and small personal-training studios. The broad internal arrangement allows the three modules to work as one connected training space, subject to the final positioning of the requested facilities. Windows and entrance arrangement

Module 1 forms one outer side of the building. Its exposed north wall has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window. The exposed east and west ends each have a full-size window. Module 2 sits between the two outer modules and has a full-size window at both its east and west ends.

Module 3 forms the opposite outer side. Its exposed south wall has two large windows, while its east and west ends each have a full-size window. Together, these specified openings create glazing across both long outer elevations and all exposed module ends without changing the compact, single-storey footprint.

Selected external treatment

The included exterior uses vertical insulated sandwich panels in Black Grey, RAL 7021. The selected outside walls are standard insulated panels with a smooth finish: the north, east and west walls of Module 1; the east and west walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3. Cladding is confirmed as part of the complete quotation rather than publicly itemised.

The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia has been selected for this configuration, keeping the roof edge consistent with the stored design.

Requested internal fit-out

A WC and shower have been requested, with their exact arrangement to be confirmed in the final layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Their dimensions, positions, fittings and final specification will therefore be established through the project quotation and layout confirmation.

Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and other hygienic-panel styles are selectable alternatives rather than included features of this stored configuration. Room-by-room flooring can also be selected, but no unconfirmed flooring type or finish is stated for the main gym area. Available choices can be reviewed through the building configurator.

Estimate, transport and site requirements

The indicative configured estimate is £38,700 excluding VAT, or £46,440 including VAT, subject to quotation. Final details, fixtures and finishes are confirmed by quotation, so illustrated items should not be treated as guaranteed parts of the specification.

Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. Siting remains subject to survey, including confirmation of access, ground conditions, service requirements and the practical positioning of the three-module building.
