Three-module gym configuration
This modular gym uses three steel-framed P600 modules arranged in a single-storey grid. The configuration occupies an overall 11.8 m x 4.4 m footprint and provides approximately 34 m² of internal usable floor area. Each module measures 5.9 m x 2.2 m, is 2.40 m high externally and has a 2.16 m internal ceiling. The approximate usable interior of each module is 5.7 m x 2.0 m.
The linked layout creates a larger training environment than a standalone module while retaining clearly defined module zones. Windows and glazed entrance
Module 1 has a large window, a single glazed door and a second large window across its exposed north side. Its exposed west end has a full-size window. This provides the configuration with a glazed entrance and multiple external views from the first module.
Module 2 has a small window, large window and second small window on both its exposed north and south sides. A full-size window is positioned on its exposed east end. Module 3 repeats the small, large and small window arrangement on its exposed south side, with full-size windows on both the exposed east and west ends.
Selected exterior treatment
The exposed walls are specified with ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding in Venge, applied between the structural frame. The boards are arranged vertically. This treatment is selected for the north and west walls of Module 1; the north, east and south walls of Module 2; and the east, south and west walls of Module 3.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120 mm steel-frame fascia. No additional fascia is specified. Final colours, junction details, fixtures and finishes are confirmed through the project quotation rather than guaranteed from illustrative images.
Requested internal fit-out
A WC and shower have been requested, with their positions and final arrangement to be confirmed in the completed layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. Outside those wet areas, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling.
Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles can be selected as upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring selections are also configurable and are not fixed by this stored design. The layout and available finish choices can be reviewed through the building configurator, with final details established by quotation.
Estimate, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £41,100 excluding VAT, or £49,320 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate.
Placement and access remain subject to a site survey. The proposed location must be assessed for vehicle access, offloading requirements, levels, foundations or groundworks, service connections and any other site constraints before the final quotation and installation planning are confirmed.
