Configuration and scale

This single-storey holiday lodge is formed from three P600 steel-framed modules, each measuring 5.9m x 2.2m. Linked end to end in a straight run, they create a 17.7m x 2.2m footprint and approximately 34 m² of internal floor area. The format gives holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators a long, efficient guest accommodation layout without adding a second storey.

Module-by-module layout

Module 1 forms the western end of the building. Its north-facing 5.9m wall has two large windows. The south-facing wall has a large window, glazed double doors and a second large window, providing the lodge’s external entrance and generous glazing. A further large window is fitted in the exposed 2.2m west end wall.

Module 2 sits in the centre of the run. As both end walls connect to the neighbouring modules, its exposed openings are on the long elevations. Two large windows are positioned on the north-facing wall and another two large windows are fitted on the south-facing wall.

Module 3 completes the eastern end. It has two large windows on its north-facing wall and two on the south-facing wall. The exposed 2.2m east end also contains a large window. Across the complete building, the repeated glazing brings natural light into the long internal plan without introducing unlisted doors or openings.

Exterior and terrace

The exterior is finished in horizontal Anthracite cladding, giving the three linked modules a consistent appearance. A flat roof with a slim fascia maintains a clean, low-profile roofline. A covered, ground-level timber terrace deck runs alongside the building, providing sheltered outdoor space directly beside the lodge.

Fitted accommodation

The internal specification includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, allowing the building to operate as self-contained guest accommodation. These facilities are delivered as part of the full fit-out standard, with their final positioning coordinated within the agreed internal plan. The configuration is designed specifically for the holiday lodge use case rather than as an unfitted shell or general-purpose site cabin.

Price and programme

The indicative price is £34,050 excluding VAT, or £40,860 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the three linked P600 modules, the stated external finish, the specified door and window arrangement, and the listed kitchenette, WC and shower fit-out. Delivery, groundworks and other site-specific works are quoted separately. The terrace is part of this configuration, with its final scope and any site-dependent preparation confirmed in the project quotation.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, subject to the final agreed specification and production programme. Configuration details can be reviewed through the P600 configurator, but the delivery date is confirmed against the individual order.

Siting requirements

The site must be prepared for the building, terrace and installation method before delivery. Requirements include suitable groundworks or foundations, sufficient access for module delivery and lifting operations, and provision for the necessary utility and drainage connections serving the kitchenette, WC and shower. Planning requirements, local site restrictions and connection routes should be checked for the specific location.
