A practical three-module lodge layout

This configuration uses three P600 modules connected in a straight run. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m, creating an overall footprint of 17.7m x 2.2m and approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The single-storey format provides a long, efficient plan suited to self-contained guest accommodation without the need for an upper floor.

Windows and entrance by module

The external openings are distributed across all three modules to bring daylight into the full length of the lodge. The specified arrangement is:

• Module 1: the exposed north wall has a small window, a large window and a second small window. The south wall has a large window, double glazed doors and another large window. A full-size window is fitted to the exposed west end.
• Module 2: both exposed long walls use the same balanced arrangement, with a large window positioned between two small windows on the north side and again on the south side.
• Module 3: the north and south walls each have a small window, large window and second small window. The exposed east end is completed with a full-size window.

The double glazed doors on the south side of Module 1 form the external entrance. Full-size windows at the west and east ends add glazing to both ends of the run, while the repeated side-window pattern gives the elevation a consistent rhythm.

Exterior finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in Dark grey vertical cladding. A flat roof with a slim fascia keeps the profile simple and contemporary, making the lodge suitable for organised holiday park plots as well as more informal glamping and short-let settings.

Internally, the fitted specification includes a kitchenette, WC and shower. Together, these provide the core facilities required for a self-contained holiday lodge. Price, programme and site preparation

The indicative price is £32,250 excluding VAT, or £38,700 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. This covers the three-module building in the configuration described, including its stated external finish, doors, windows, kitchenette, WC and shower. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately.

A typical lead time is 8–12 weeks. The confirmed programme will depend on final design approval, the project requirements and readiness of the site.

The lodge requires a suitable prepared and level base, with adequate access for delivery and installation. Water, drainage and power requirements must be planned for the kitchenette, WC and shower. Site access, service connections, ground conditions and any project-specific works should be assessed before installation, as these items are not included in the indicative building price.
