3-Module Holiday Lodge with Kitchenette, WC and Shower

Configuration overview

This P600 holiday lodge uses three steel-framed modules in a single-storey grid arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m by 2.2m, with the completed layout occupying an overall 11.8m by 4.4m footprint and providing approximately 37 m² of internal floor area. The three modules are linked to function as one self-contained lodge, with a kitchenette, WC and shower included in the internal fit-out.

Three-module grid layout

Module 1 forms the north-west section of the lodge. Its exposed north wall has a large window on either side of a glazed double door, creating the main entrance and bringing daylight into this part of the accommodation. A further large window is fitted to the exposed west end wall.

Module 2 sits alongside Module 1 in the northern row of the grid. Its exposed north wall contains two large windows, while the east end has one large window. Two more large windows are fitted along its exposed south wall, providing outlooks in three directions.

Module 3 forms the southern section of the arrangement. Its east and west end walls each have one large window, with another two large windows along the exposed south wall. Across the complete lodge, the configuration provides twelve large windows and one glazed double entrance door. Openings are positioned only on the exposed walls listed for each module.

External finish and internal fit-out

The exterior is finished in dark grey timber cladding and topped by a dual-pitch apex roof. This gives the lodge a clearly defined roofline suited to permanent holiday park and rural accommodation settings while retaining the practical structure of the modular P600 system.

Inside, the fitted specification includes a kitchenette, WC and shower, allowing the building to operate as self-contained guest accommodation. The linked modules provide more usable space than a single-room cabin and allow sleeping, living and service areas to be organised within one connected interior. Final positions and finishes are confirmed as part of the project specification.

Designed for guest accommodation

This configuration is intended as a holiday lodge for holiday parks, glamping sites and short-let operators. Its single-storey arrangement supports straightforward guest access, while the extensive window layout provides natural light around the lodge. Price and programme

The indicative price is £35,750 excluding VAT, or £42,900 including VAT, for the standard fitted specification. Delivery, groundworks and any site-specific works are quoted separately. A final quotation will reflect the delivery location, site conditions, required service connections and any changes made to the standard specification.

Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, with the project programme confirmed once the specification and site requirements have been reviewed. Timing may vary according to order volume, access arrangements and the extent of site-specific work.

Siting requirements

The lodge requires a suitable prepared base or foundation arrangement based on the ground conditions at the chosen site. Clear access and adequate working space are needed for delivery and installation. Electrical, water and drainage connection points must also be planned for the kitchenette, WC and shower. Groundworks, utility connections, planning requirements and other site works should be assessed before delivery and are not included in the indicative building price.
