Wide two-module gym layout
This configuration places two steel-framed P600 modules together in a single-storey, wide layout. The resulting building has a 5.9m x 4.4m footprint and provides approximately 23m² of usable internal floor area. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, with an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m and a 2.16m internal ceiling. The external module height is 2.40m.
The layout is intended for use as a modular gym within the Sport & Leisure sector. Its proportions suit a private home gym or a compact personal-training studio, with the two joined modules creating a broader training area than a single P600 module.
Windows and entrance
Module 1 has two large windows and one single glazed door along its exposed north side. Its exposed east and west ends each have one large window. Module 2 has two large windows along its exposed south side, plus one large window at each of its east and west ends.
Across the complete configuration, the stored design therefore includes eight large windows and one single glazed external door. Their final relationship to the internal gym area, WC and shower rooms will be checked when the requested internal layout is confirmed.
Anthracite slatted exterior
All exposed outside walls are specified with Anthracite ARLINE 24136 slatted cladding applied between the frame. The boards are arranged vertically. This finish is selected for Module 1’s north, east and west walls and Module 2’s east, south and west walls.
The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia. Cladding costs are confirmed as part of the project quotation and are not itemised in public pricing.
Requested WC and shower fit-out
The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, subject to confirmation in the final internal layout. Toilet and shower rooms require hygienic wall panels and wet-room PVC flooring. The room arrangement, sanitary facilities and associated details must be finalised through quotation rather than treated as fixed from the exterior configuration alone.
Elsewhere, the included internal wall finish is white, lightly ribbed insulated sandwich panelling. Plasterboard and alternative hygienic-panel styles are selectable upgrades or choices. Room-by-room flooring can also be selected, but no specific finish outside the required wet-room PVC flooring is claimed for this stored design. Illustrated fittings, finishes and equipment remain subject to the final quotation.
Price, transport and siting
The indicative configured estimate is £27,400 excluding VAT, or £32,880 including VAT, subject to quotation. This estimate applies to the stated two-module configuration and must be confirmed alongside the final WC, shower and internal finish selections through the building configurator.
Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and other site-specific works are also separate. The proposed location, access route, ground conditions and service requirements are subject to survey before the siting arrangements and project quotation can be finalised.
