Configuration and dimensions

This toilet and shower block uses two steel-framed P600 modules positioned side by side in a wide, single-storey arrangement. Each module measures 5.9m x 2.2m externally, creating an overall external footprint of 5.9m x 4.4m. The modules are 2.40m high externally, with a 2.16m internal ceiling height.

Each module has an approximate usable interior of 5.7m x 2.0m. Together, they provide approximately 22.8m2 of usable internal area before partitions, based on a conservative per-module allowance. Connected open layouts may provide more usable space, although the WC, shower and associated partitions will influence the final arrangement.

External envelope and openings

The exterior is finished with included vertical insulated sandwich panels in Jet Black, RAL 9005. The selected exposed outside walls use smooth, standard insulated panels in the same colour. These comprise the north, east and west walls of Module 1 and the east, south and west walls of Module 2.

Module 1 provides the principal entrance elevation on its exposed 5.9m north wall. This elevation has a single glazed door with one small window on each side. Its east and west 2.2m end walls each have a high-level, top-only window.

Module 2 has a high-level, top-only window in each exposed end wall, facing east and west. A further high-level, top-only window is positioned in its exposed 5.9m south wall. The building has a flat roof with an approximately 120mm steel-frame fascia and no additional fascia treatment.

Requested washroom fit-out

The requested fit-out includes a WC and shower, with their positions and the final room arrangement to be confirmed. This configuration is intended as a dedicated toilet and shower block for the construction sector, while also suiting campsites and holiday parks.

Bathroom walls use 40mm waterproof insulated sandwich panels as standard. Hygienic panels are an optional selection where required. Shower rooms use wet-room PVC flooring to suit the washroom area, while other flooring and finish choices depend on the confirmed internal layout.

Internal walls and finishes

Elsewhere in the building, insulated sandwich panels are the included internal wall finish. Where plaster is selected, it applies outside the bathroom walls. The exact combination of partitions, wall treatments and finishes will be established when the room layout is finalised and reflected in the quotation.

Fixtures, finishes and layout details shown in supporting illustrations should be treated as representative rather than guaranteed inclusions. The final specification will confirm the agreed WC, shower, partitions, internal finishes and associated selections. The design can be reviewed through the P600 configuration process.

Pricing, transport and siting

The indicative configured estimate is £25,800 excluding VAT, or £30,960 including VAT, subject to quotation. Transport is priced separately according to the delivery postcode and site access. Offloading or cranage, groundworks and site-specific works are separate.

Access, positioning and site conditions must be assessed before installation arrangements are confirmed. Siting is subject to survey, including consideration of available access, the prepared location and any site-specific requirements affecting transport or placement.
